• 2008 CCN Community Grants Program

  The Carolina Community Network to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities(CCN)is pleased to announce a call for community grant proposals that focus on reducing cancer health disparities through the development of collaborative research projects or educational activities. The CCN intends to competitively award $40,000 in community grants, with budgets ranging from $500 to $10,000.

• 2007 Cancer Health Disparities Mentored Research Awards

  Spring 2007

  The CCN encourages new investigators to pre-apply for a $50,000 mentored research supplement using the community-based participatory research process or conducting community-based research to address breast, prostate or colorectal cancer health disparities. We are interested in small research projects that address some aspect of the spectrum of research on cancer health disparities from needs assessments to intervention research to policy assessments.
